My fiance and I just purchased our first home and brinks showed up not too long after to sell us their product. Seeing as this is our first home, we wanted the whole sha-bang. You can view your cameras so quickly through the app, and I love that there is no countdown timer when arming from the app. The push to talk door bell is way more fun than it is probably supposed to be lol, and the sound quality is great! Paying alarm money for junk that doesn't work! Maybe a more reliable alarm company is a better option. The automated service seems to be more concerned with the payments, than customer satisfaction. UPDATE- My original review was dated September 8th 2019 and it is now October 30th 2019 and the developers just now getting back to me.

If I arm from keypad it never shows on the app. Separately, only certain events show in the events window. I've updated settings both in app and on website but it does not correct the issue. While I am happy with my security system, this app has a long way to go.

Problem is on both devices the Brinks app does not let you control both devices.
