Repede is a good boy.Flair/banner images from,. Just found this flowchart:It seems that the popular opinion after researching many other posts on this sub is Abyss Vesperia Others, with Berseria being high on the list as wellIts shocking to me how so many people think the symphonia combat system sucks (even though i had so much fun with it) compared to the other games. Seems like im in for a treat.-Forgot to mention, I tried phantasia for the gameboy advanced back in the day, but it didn't suck me in like symphonia did even though many people love that game as well. Anyways, I'll probably try Abyss and Berseria, along with Vesperia when it comes out for the switch. One of the collectibles throughout tales games tends to be 'titles', though they have different purposes in different games. These are all Titles from Tales of Symphonia, where titles gave different stat/growth boosts and were the primary means of alternate costumes. The first one, 'I Hate Gels' for Genis is pretty rough to get, requiring completing about half the game without having Genis use a Gel. The others are costume titles for Collette and Presea, because I like 'emOther tales games used Titles in different ways, and fortunately,.

Eternia is ranked pretty low by a lot of people who ranked its plot, but I found the story very intriguing. It definitely helped me keep going even when the random encounter battles got on my nerve while I was stuck in a dungeon, or needed to level grind to keep up with the bosses. My only guess is because of the story's delivery. The voice acting or at least the sound quality of the voice acting was just not well done. Many of the lines come across as someone reading off a script for the first or second time. That being said, there is so much good in Eternia, that it ranks third overall on my favorite Tales games.

The gameplay is well programed. The graphics are nice and artistic.' Can you escape 5 walkthrough. All works well. This game forces your brain to think outside and inside the box.

Tales of Destiny, called Teiruzu obu Desutini in Japan, in an action RPG and is the second major title in the critically acclaimed Tales franchise. The game's plot begins when the game's protagonist Stahn Aileron, a country-boy, meets up with other like minded adventurers to stop the forces of evil.

(Vesperia and Phantasia are my only English translated games yet to be played) I loved the speedy 2D battles, the world(s) is massive and you can explore it by land, air, and sea (even under the sea!), and the main four characters have a lot of growth too.On another note, if you can stomach the dated graphics and gameplay, Destiny had a pretty solid plot too. The characters and plot are what drove me to finish that game.

I had lost interest in the battles primarily because you can only play as Stahn(PS1 version) and I needed a guide to finish the endgame dungeons because I often couldn't decipher where I was suppose to go. Had I not REALLY wanted to know the resolution to the story, I may have dropped the game. Come to think of it, this is also how I felt about Symphonia, but Symphonia was more playable to me.
